Between The Oregon State Line (near Fruitland) and Exit 17: Sand Hollow (12 miles west of the Caldwell exit). Road construction work is in progress. There is work on the shoulder. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Speed restrictions are in force. There is a width limit in effect. Speed limit 65 MPH . Width limit 14'0". Until October 31.

Comment: The normal operating hours for this project will be Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 8 PM from June 16th until October 31, 2014. Traffic will be placed into a two-way, opposing single lane configuration. Crossovers will be located at MP0.25, either side of IC 03, and west of IC 13. The Westbound on and off ramps at Interchange 09, (US30) will be closed until early September. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes at IC 03 or at IC 13. Motorists are advised to use Exit 3, US95 and proceed north to US30. A signed detour will be posted to direct traffic to east to IC 13, where they will be directed over to the westbound direction.

Comment: I-84 Loads over 12’ wide are being detoured between exits 57 and 59 via Federal Way and Eisenman Roads. This restriction will be in place until late October 2014. Eastbound on ramp will be closed between 7/28/14 and 8/24/14 (detour using Federal Way and Eisenman Interchange (exit 60)
