Truck Restrictions on US 95

Between I-84 and US 30; 16th Street North (1 mile south of the Fruitland area). Road maintenance work is in progress. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Look out for flaggers. Look out for loose gravel on the roadway. Expect delays. There is a width limit in effect. There is a length limit in effect. Consider using an alternate route. Expect 15 - minute delays.. Width limit 12'0". Vehicle length limit 35 ft. Until July 2.

Comment: The active work zone will be reduced down to two lanes, one in each direction NB/SB, during working hours. During nonworking hours, all travel lanes will be open. The driving surface of some lanes will not be paved, i.e. gravel surface. The Contractor anticipates working in the daytime for the portion of US-95 that stretches from 1-84 to 3 Street in Fruitland (MP 60,877 - MP 63.68). The Contractor will be limited to working at night for the rest of the project stretching from 3 Street to NW 16th Street (MP 63.68 - MP 65.00). Vehicle lane width restrictions will be in place throughout the project. Any loads over 12ft width will have to call 72 hours in advance in order to coordinate travelling through the project. From 5/13/15 to 6/05/15, vehicles over 35 foot in length will be restricted from taking 1-84 WB Exit #3 due to limited turning radius. They must exit at Exit #9 or in Oregon at Exit #276. A detour will be in place to guide the vehicles affected. Note: This only affects 1-84 WB Exit #3, all other legs of the interchange and NB/SB US-95 will not need detoured.

Between Taylor Street and The East Fork Goose Creek Bridge (near New Meadows). Road construction work is in progress. Bridge maintenance work is in progress. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Look out for flaggers. Speed restrictions are in force. There is a width limit in effect. Speed limit 45 MPH . Width limit 14'4". Until June 15.

Comment: US-95, Milepost 161.59 to Milepost 162.65 bridge maintenance in effect May 4th to June 15th, Weekdays, Monday through Friday. Road is reduced to one lane by traffic signal which is in place 24/7, 7 days a week. Look out for flaggers. Speed is reduce to 45 mph and a width restriction of 14' 4" is in effect.

Between Exit 312 and Leon Road (6 miles north of the Lewiston area). Road construction work is in progress. There is a width limit in effect. Width limit 11'0". Advisory speed limit 45 MPH . Until September 8.

Comment: Road construction work is in progress on US-95 Lewiston Interchange Ramps from Milepost 312.52, to North of WA 195 Intersection to Milepost 319.52 beginning May 18th until September 8, 2015. There will be four 11 foot lanes open for the majority of the work. However, the locations of these lanes will change as work on the Hill progresses. There is a speed advisory of 45 mph and a lane width restriction of 11 foot, Monday through Sunday 24 Hours, 7 days a week. Knife River will be working at night and closing one lane to traffic from 8:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m. Traffic Control is Traffic Corp, Dan Edwards.
