Between Sportsman Access Road and Sportsman Access Road (6 miles south of the White Bird area). Bridge construction work is in progress. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Look out for temporary traffic lights. Truck restrictions are in force. Width limit 14'0". Until September 30.

Comment: This work at Milepost 216.5 is to remove and replace the Award Bridge deck. Motorists are advised to watch for workers and equipment working on either side of the roadway while construction is in progress. The current width restriction of 14'0" is in force. Idaho Traffic Control can be contacted at (208) 455-3220 for coordinating wide load movement through the project.

Between Johnston Road and Seltice Avenue (near Plummer). Bridge construction work is in progress. Speed limit 20 MPH . Width limit 14'0". Until Friday, at about 7:00PM PDT.

Comment: Plummer Creek Culvert at MP 394.44 has been replaced and US-95 will be open to two lane traffic on Thursday 8/14/14. The 20 mile per our speed limit will remain in effect through this zone until paving is completed on Monday 8/18/14 at which time the speed limit will be returned to 45 mph. Excavation on the other Plummer Creek Culvert at MP 395.05 will begin on Thursday 8/14/14. Traffic will be reduced to one lane through this zone at that time and the speed limit will be reduced to 20 mph. A 14' width restriction will be in effect through this MP 395.05 zone during construction.

Between Washington Street - Madison Street and Comance Street (Bonners Ferry). Bridge maintenance work is in progress. Look out for flaggers. The roadway is reduced to two lanes. Speed limit 25 MPH . Width limit 12'0". Until September 26.

Comment: Width Restriction set at 12ft - "All permitted nonreducible vehicle/loads are restricted - MUST call 208-819-3432 or 208-659-6226 to see if length can be accommodated thru project. It may be possible to get wide loads through between 5:00 am - 6:00 am. with a 24 hour notice. Please call one of the numbers listed above for scheduling or any questions.
