Comment: The project extends from the Harris Ridge Road at MP 81.6 to Syringa at MP 90.7. This work is to replace several culverts that cross the roadway and mill and resurface 9.1 miles of the roadway. Commercial transporters hauling loads wider than 12 feet need to contact Poe Asphalt Paving: Jon Spencer (509) 758-5561 on weekdays at least 24 hours in advance for special authorization to travel through the construction zone. Drivers should anticipate merging traffic, uneven surfaces, construction workers, and equipment.
