Expect 15 - minute delays., Width limit 12 ' 0 " from 07:00am MST to 05:00pm MST on weekdays — until November 24 Comment: Reconstructing a 10-mile stretch of U.S. 26 from two to four lanes between Beaches Corner (milepost 338) and the intersection of the Ririe business loop (milepost 348). The project will be constructed in two-mile sections, starting near Ririe. Drivers of oversize loads should contact Construction Engineer Wade Allen (208-745-5680) at least 24 hours before arriving at the construction zone -- OVERSIZE LOADS MUST GIVE 24-HOUR NOTICE. The traffic-control contractor is Eagle Rock Blasting (208-524-4618), and the general contractor is Knife River Southern Idaho Division (208-604-4016). Watch for workers, equipment, merging traffic and uneven surfaces.

Interstate 84: from after Exit 36 to before Exit 44: ID 69 road construction, bridge construction, speed restrictions in force Advisory speed limit 55 MPH — until June 8, 2011 Comment: This 18 month project is for the reconstruction of the I-84 Garrity IC Bridge. Expect (periodic) night-time lane closures. Speed limit on Garrity is 35mph. Garrity Blvd will be reduced to one lane in each direction near the Garrity Interchange starting Sunday evening, January 24. Traffic will be moved to the inside lanes beneath the Interchange bridges, while crews use the outside lanes to install guardrails and work on the bridge abutments.

This project consists of constructing 3 storm water retention ponds between Garrity Interchange and Meridian Interchange. Work that will effect traffic on I-84 will be done durring the night hours 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday through Friday and 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Saturday through Sunday.

Interstate 84 in both directions: from after Exit 38: I-84B to before Exit 44: ID 69 road construction, bridge construction, speed restrictions in force, work in the median -- look out for flaggers Advisory speed limit 55 MPH — until May 27, 2011 Comment: This work will consist of building a new Interchange on I-84. This work will also affect 10 Mile Road and Tasa Drive. There will be occasional lane closures from 10:00 PM until 5:00 AM. Ten Mile Road at I-84 now has speed limit set at 35 MPH. There are, currently, no shoulders along this section of roadway. Work continues on a project to replace the current Ten Mile Overpass with an interchange and on/off ramps. This project includes widening Ten mile Road and constructing two under crossings for local roads north and south of I-84.

Interstate 84 in both directions: from Exit 50 Overland Road to Exit 54: US 20; Broadway Avenue road construction, paving operations, speed restrictions in force, work in the median Advisory speed limit 55 MPH — until June 13, 2011 Comment: EXPECT LANE RESTRICTIONS AT NIGHT ON I-84. This project is the widening of I-84 from the Cole Rd interchange to the Broadway Avenue interchange. Speed limit is 55 miles per hour. More information will come as it is made available.

Interstate 84 in both directions: from after Exit 50 Overland Road to before Exit 53 Vista Avenue bridge construction, road construction, work in the median, speed restrictions in force, roadway reduced to one lane, ramp restrictions in force, trucker info Advisory speed limit 55 MPH from 10:00pm MST to 05:00am MST daily — until April 20 Comment: This work will consist of replacing the existing Orchard Interchange with a new one positioned slightly to the west, with realigned, widened and extended on- and off-ramps. Work is also going to take place on Orchard Street between Malad St and New York Canal Bridge. Night-time lane restrictions may be encountered on I-84 from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am.. Caution, trucks entering highway just past the on-ramps from Orchard both east and westbound. Crews will be removing construction material from the Orchard Bridge. Lanes on Orchard Street will be narrowed to 10 Feet, and will be periodically adjusted during the next two months. Orchard Street (South of I-84) has a new lane configuration (temporary) at the intersection with Victory Road. Please use caution. The Eastbound and Westbound off-ramp and on-ramps for Exit 52 is in a temporary configuration, no over-legal width or length loads are allowed at this time. The maximum width is ten (10) feet.

There are no commercial vehicle restrictions. Debco is the traffic controller and contractor, Wanda Gorley, work #(208) 476-3617 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. PST Friday.

US 95 in both directions: from after Lakeshore Drive to South First Avenue road construction, width limit in effect because of narrow lanes Width limit 16 ' 0 " — until October 3, 2013 Comment: On the south side of Sandpoint, concrete barriers line both sides of the highway from mile post 473.7 to mile post 474.1 which reduce the pavement width to 24 feet. Barriers are in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
